Welcome to the Matt Burrows Project Page.

When we launched this Project back in 2015, Matt was 18 years of age and living near Bega. He had been picking on a guitar since he was ten. He took lessons from PBGB Family Members Garry Carson Jones and Dave Crowden. Matt went on to become a guitar teacher at Magpie Music in Bega.

Matt played with the fabulous Guitarama for three years, and featured on their third cd "Home". You can order a copy from the Guitarama facebook page.

Not long after visiting the PBGB Shed Matt set off for Melbourne where he studied music and ultimately graduated from the Australian Institute of Music.

Matt is ( in 2018 ) shooting for the stars with a band called Zenith Moon. Check 'em out on the web.

Matt’s musical mission is to find that elusive unique signature guitar sound.

Matt is willing to play and experiment with just about any style of music. That is backed up by the diversity of his cited influences - David Gilmour, Mark Knopfler, BB King, Joe Satriani, Michael Romeo, Steve Vai, Frank Zappa, Ewan Dobson and Eric Johnson.
